These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrolment in and access to the CodeCraftAI course (“Course”) offered by SITH Computer Institute (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in and paying for the Course, you (“Student,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1.Course format

CodeCraftAI is an 8-week, online course delivered primarily through live interactive sessions. Because the Course is built around real-time instruction, regular live attendance is essential to getting the intended learning outcomes.

2.Attendance

2.1. All lectures are conducted live, and Students are expected to attend every scheduled live session.

2.2. A minimum of 75% attendance across all scheduled live sessions is mandatory to be eligible for the Certificate of Completion.

3.Projects

3.1. During the final three (3) weeks of the Course, Students must complete two to three (2–3) projects as assigned by the instructor.

3.2. Successful completion and submission of these projects is mandatory for certificate eligibility.

4.Certificate of Completion

A Certificate of Completion will be issued only to Students who satisfy both of the following: (a) 75% or more attendance in the live sessions; and (b) completion of all assigned final-phase projects. Students who do not meet both conditions will not be eligible for the certificate.

5.Access to lectures and recordings

5.1. Access to online lectures and recorded material is provided for the duration of the batch, plus a one (1) month correspondence and support period after the batch concludes.

5.2. After this period, access to the recorded lectures will expire.

5.3. Students who wish to retain lifetime access to the Course recordings may purchase it for a one-time fee of ₹2,999.

6.Fees and payments

6.1. The Course fee is as stated on the Course page at the time of enrolment and is payable in full to confirm your seat.

6.2. Lifetime access to recordings (Clause 5.3) is an optional add-on charged separately at ₹2,999.

6.3. All payments are processed through our authorised payment provider.

7.No refunds

All fees paid for the Course and for any add-ons (including lifetime access) are non-refundable, once payment is made, regardless of attendance, completion, or certificate eligibility. Please make sure the Course is right for you before enrolling — you’re welcome to speak with our counsellor on WhatsApp before you pay.

8.Student conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during live sessions and in all support channels. We reserve the right to remove, without refund, any Student who is disruptive, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.

9.Intellectual property

All Course materials, recordings, and content are the property of SITH Computer Institute and are provided for your personal learning only. You may not record, copy, redistribute, resell, or share Course materials or recordings with any third party.

10.Disclaimer

The Certificate of Completion certifies participation in and completion of the Course. It is not an accredited degree or diploma and does not guarantee employment, internship placement, or any specific career outcome.

11.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your enrolment applies to you.
